These terms explain how repair enquiries work at The Watch Atelier. Sending an enquiry does not create an automatic repair appointment, payment obligation or confirmed service booking.

Using the website

1. Provide accurate contact details and useful information about the watch, its condition and the issue you have noticed.
2. Do not submit unlawful, abusive or automated messages through the repair enquiry forms.
3. Wait for a response confirming which repair or servicing options can be discussed further.

No automatic repair appointment

Submitting the form records a watch repair enquiry only. Service availability, assessment requirements, repair scope, fees and timing must be confirmed separately after the enquiry has been reviewed.

Service information

The watch service descriptions provide general information for planning purposes. The appropriate repair, maintenance or restoration approach may depend on the watch type, movement, condition, service history and details confirmed during the enquiry process.
